E-BEAM Services, Inc. Names New Board Member

(Lebanon, OH)-Paul Minbiole, President and CEO, E-BEAM Services, Inc., announced Timothy H. Schoonover has been elected to the Corporation's Board of Directors for a two-year term. Schoonover's term began February 21, 2006.

E-BEAM Services, Inc. is the leading provider of contract electron beam processing services. By using this highly sophisticated process, E-BEAM offers clients the ability to improve their products ranging from the sterilization of medical devices to crosslinking of industrial plastic products. E-BEAM is a privately owned corporation with more than 50 employees and has plants in Lebanon, OH, Cranbury, NJ, and Lafayette, IN.

Schoonover is the President and CEO of Promark Company/OI Partners, a Cincinnati-based company that provides career transition services related to leadership development and outplacement.

Schoonover received a B.S. from the Ohio State University, a M.Div. from United Theological Seminary and a M.A. in Counseling from University of Cincinnati. He is also a member of Leadership Cincinnati. Schoonover lives in Green Township with his wife, Jeannie.
