Hello friends,
Happy Winter!
Many experts feel that the economy is on the upswing. Others feel it may be
some time before we see improvement. Regardless, the economy is bound to recover. That means we all need to be planning what our
organization's workforce strategy will look like when that
happens. This issue devotes thought to economic recovery planning, hot
workforce trends you need to be aware of in 2010 and how to work
through workforce challenges that the economy still may present. No
matter what the economy will look like by the end of this year, one
thing is sure: 2010 is going to be an exciting year for organizations
and individuals!
Happy New Year!
Tim
