Business Operations Manager

Jim has extensive experience in building, motivating, and training top-quality management and professional teams. As an Information Officer, he has worked at major corporations within the retail food, insurance, and banking industries. As an independent consultant, Jim provided technical support to Fortune 500 companies in the retailing and retail drug industries. He has significant experience working in community activities both locally and nationally including church, school, competitive swimming, United Way, and YMCA.  

Offices held were with the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati, National YMCA Competitive Swimming Committee, and Ohio USS Swimming. Professional designations earned are IBM Certified Executive Project Manager and PMP from Project Management Institute.

We see early signs of a gradual recovery from the recent recession; however the economists tell us that while some of the economic indicators are starting to improve, unemployment will remain at its current high levels for most of the coming year.

What does that suggest insofar as a company's need to engage and retain their key employees over the next few years?
